Cinemautism (School Assignment) 2023

"Cinemautism" is a fictional film festival, that celebrates characters with autism spectrum disorder in movies. The focus of the event is to shine light on individuals with autism and how there are no similar people with autism spectrum disorder.

Solution

The visual style of Cinemautism is very modular and simple. With the use of geometric shapes, we have tried to depict some of the most well-known traits of people with autism, such as the need for organization and difficulty with social interactions, etc. We have aimed to incorporate these characteristics into our animation in a visually appealing yet respectful way to effectively communicate the theme of the film festival.
