Kulturnatten 2023 (School Assignment) 2022

Kulturnatten (Culture Night) organizes and conducts an eventfull night once a yearin Copenhagen. The first Culture Night was in 1993 and is a central institution in the culturelife of Copenhagen, with hundreds upon hundreds of events taking place in a single night

Solution

For this assignment, I decided to experiment with a playful and expressive identity that I believe suits Kulturnatten. I created an illustration using only four different-sized circles and lines connecting them. The identity of Kulturnatten should be recognizable through these types of illustrations and a color palette that references the night. The logo received a hand-drawn makeover to ensure it harmonized with the expressive identity portrayed in the rest of the visual identity.
